Company History

Abundant Foods was conceptualized in March, 2008 by two siblings with a shared passion for delicious food and nutrition. The two began creating the rare combination of healthy and tasty soups in a small (100 square-foot) commercial kitchen located in Aurora, Colorado. In December, 2009 Abundant Foods shipped its first wholesale order.

 Currently, the company is owned by Shonda Sanchez. In 2012, she expanded her business to a 19,000 square-foot state-of-the-art production facility located off of I-70 in Denver, Colorado. Abundant Foods has expanded to now employ 20 individuals. With Shonda’s expertise and leadership, the company continues to grow exponentially each year. The product line continues to expand and evolve with the Abundant Foods mission still intact – To make delicious, all natural food.
