Cedar Smoked Teriyaki Salmon
Prep Time: 4 hours Cook Time: 10 minutes Serving Size: 4 Salmon Steaks
1 cedar grilling plank
½ cup of Abundant Foods Teriyaki Sauce & Glaze
4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
Soak cedar plank in cold water, completely submerged for 2 hours.
Place marinade and salmon steaks into a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze air out of the bag, seal, and marinate the salmon steaks for at least 1 hour (2 hours for better flavor) in refrigerator. Drain and discard used marinade.
Preheat grill to 450 degrees F. Remove cedar plank from water and wipe dry with paper towel. Place salmon steaks onto the cedar plank in a neat row, without them touching each other. Place plank onto the grill surface and cover. Grill/smoke salmon without turning for 10 minutes until it reaches your desired temp. (medium rare is recommended).
Remove cedar plank from grill when finished. Plate your delicious salmon with a delicious, Abundant Food side dish and enjoy!
